Phone Line
Our "finders" phone number is open 24 hours a day.
It is an 0330 number which means that it is "standard rate" like a normal landline - almost all phones will not be charged to call this number.
A finder will be answered and warm transferred to you . This means that we will introduce them before they speak to you.
If we cannot get hold of you we will always leave a message and try again shortly after.
My Boomerang will text and email you the important information from our call with the finder of your property - even if we've transferred you.
Online Reporting
From scanning your personal QR code, a finder can choose to report your found property using our web form.
We ask for specific information and we will forward this to you via the My Boomerang private email relay service.
Private Email
When you sign up to any package, keyring subscription, or pet tag, My Boomerang will set up your own private email relay. This means that anyone finding your stuff can email you and their email will arrive at every inbox that you have provided to us.
The initial email from a finder will also be visible to My Boomerang so you'll get a phone call from us to ensure that you have revived your notifications.

My Boomerang Ltd provide services that helps speed up the retrieval of lost property and pets. We offer a platform that is simple and effective. We are not an insurance company. We can not guarantee lost items are returned.
With the exception of Pet Tags, we keep all of your information private unless you specifically request that we make your address and contact telephone number available to comply with The Control of Dogs Order 1992.
Inbound calls to our 0330 043 7706 telephone number may be recorded for training purposes.
