Once you have made your selection for the package that best fits your needs - whether you require comprehensive coverage for numerous items, specific key protection, or a personalised pet tag - we will create a distinct QR code for you. If someone discovers your misplaced belongings, they can easily scan the QR code to reach out to you using their preferred method of communication. Our dedicated call centre operates round the clock, every day of the year, including 366 days during a leap year!
When we receive any incoming email from a finder My Boomerang will immediately forward it to you - we can forward to as many emails as you provide to us. Your email address is never visible to a finder at first point of contact - once you've received an email it's up to you how to reply.
My Boomerang will also know that a finder has sent you an email. We will forward the email as a text/WhatsApp to you and phone you to ensure you are aware.
With your My Boomerang QR code, the finder can also easily access our web reporting platform. They can input their contact details and any relevant information. As soon as they do, My Boomerang will promptly send you an email, message on text/WhatsApp, and even give you a call.
When My Boomerang receives an incoming call from a finder, we will gather necessary details. Before connecting you with the finder, we will have a conversation with you first.
