Our dedicated call centre operates round the clock, every day of the year, including 366 days during a leap year!

When we receive any incoming email from a finder My Boomerang will immediately forward it to you - we can forward to as many emails as you provide to us. Your email address is never visible to a finder at first point of contact - once you've received an email it's up to you how to reply. 

My Boomerang will also know that a finder has sent you an email. We will forward the email as a text/WhatsApp to you and phone you to ensure you are aware.
