Your Contact Details
We'll need your full name, and the name for any individual keyrings when ordering more than one keyring only package.
We ask for two mobile numbers on My Boomerang Packages - this is so we can get in touch quickly should you lose a mobile phone. Please note that you may have a different number registered on your WhatsApp account.
You can choose if you'd like a finder to see you phone number and contact you directly. If you want to keep this private then the My Boomerang Call Centre will handle initial phone contact but you can still make contact with a finder and divulge your contact number.
You must give us an email address. You can provide a secondary email address if you wish. Email addresses are NEVER made visible to anyone finding your property - our system will forward finders details to you, it's only when you reply that a finder will see your email address. This way you can make arrangements to be reunited with your stuff much faster. This way you are in control of your identity.
*We are able to keep your email address permanently hidden, for a £15 one off fee - please get in touch if you'd like to discuss this option.

With the exception of Pet Tags, we keep all of your information private unless you specifically request that we make your address and contact telephone number available to comply with The Control of Dogs Order 1992.
